Child Safety

DuckWave is committed to the safety of all users, especially minors. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
Prohibited Content & Conduct
DuckWave strictly prohibits:Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
Sexual exploitation, grooming, or solicitation of minors
Any content, communication, or behavior that endangers the safety of childrenReporting Mechanisms
Users can report violating content or behavior directly within the app using the in-app reporting tool. All reports are reviewed and acted upon promptly. Content confirmed to be CSAM is immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in accordance with applicable law.
Compliance
DuckWave complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (NCMEC reporting requirements).
